Today I was reading some articles in this universe called internet and I just fall over into this one about mental illness.
In the beginning I had some resistance to read it, but something made me read it…I believe it was the title.

“My daughter, who lost her battle with mental illness, is still the bravest person I know” – click on the name to read it also

It is funny as we always think that we know very well the ones that are near us, even better than no one else, family, friends and when someone says ‘I’m ok’ we don’t lose time thinking if it is really like that, listening, observing to find out if that person is really feeling good, is happy.

This article will take 5 minutes to read – do like I did – read it!
Make the reflection of how many people can be near you, asking in silence for help, that no one see’s it.

“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.” – Henry David Thoreau

“There is a fine balance between honoring the past and losing yourself in it. For example, you can acknowledge and learn from mistakes you made, and then move on and refocus on the now. It is called forgiving yourself.” – Eckart Tolle

Just to relax but also think :)

When suddenly we realise that time is passing 🙂

But how we had/ still have tons of fun!!! 🙂

Attitude – Life changing – If you want!

Why is attitude so important in our lives?

I have passed the last months talking with friends about how attitude can change and even improve your live.

I remember seeing a short film, if we can call it like that, where the message was behaviour changes behaviour, during a long time I didn’t understand quite well this message and even supposed it was not very clear how it was possible to make others improve just by taking in consideration my one behaviour, them, my world map suffer a huge discovery 🙂 

I just realized that the change of behaviour/attitude should not be for others it should be especially for me, for my auto preservation and even for my wellbeing and that if I accepted to change, to evolve the biggest beneficiary it would be me.
