The Alchemy of Being HAPPY

Cada vez que enfrentamos um desafio temos de decidir o que fazer.
E se em vez de ficarmos aqui, apenas à espera seguíssemos adiante e lutássemos pelos nossos sonhos?
Chega de esperar e de pensar “Eu não consigo fazer isto, é demasiado para mim” – Não fiques ou sintas derrotado mesmo ainda antes de começares a luta – apenas precisas de uma boa dose de:

• Acreditar em ti mesmo
• Conhecer as tuas forças e claro as tuas fraquezas para que possas procurar formas de as ultrapassar
• Faz um excelente Planeamento do teu projeto (incluindo a Gestão do Tempo)
• Mantém a Mente aberta mas não percas o Foco – não é fácil mas tu consegues faze-lo 🙂 
• Torna-te um bom Comunicador – cuida das tuas aptidões na área da comunicação para que os outros realmente compreensão a tua mensagem.

E claro, rodeia-te das pessoas que realmente te podem ajudar a fazer a diferença e atingir os teus sonhos! (amigos e família também estão neste grupo) 🙂 

Each time we face a challenge we need to decide what to do.
What if instead of staying there, just waiting we decide to go forward and fight for our dreams?
Just stop waiting and thinking that “I could never accomplish this, it’s too much for me” – Don’t be defeated before the fight – You just need a good dose of:

• Believing in yourself
• Know your strengths’ and also your weaknesses in order to find a way to overcome them
• Make an excellent Planning of your project (including Time management)
• Have an open Mind without losing your Focus – it’s not easy but you can do it 🙂
• Become a great Communicator – Take care of your communication skills, so that others really understand what you mean.

And of course, surround yourself of the persons that can help you make the difference and achieve your dream!(friends and family are in here too) 🙂
