Is your CV ready for the working market? Were you able to create a CV that gives to those who are hiring the best view of who you are and what you are capable of doing?
A good CV is the one that will excel when analysed side by side with others, so take time to create yours.
Using the same CV for every vacancy to which you apply may not be your best option – check your target audience, put yourself in the recruiter shoes 🙂
Be honest and truthful about all the information given in your CV – it’s very easy to catch a liar – it doesn’t worth the risk.
Another important thing is the cover or motivation letter – by reading it the recruiter must identify immediately that you have what they need – be precise! Focus!
Get ready to send several and most of the time a feed-back will never come – Giving up is not an option 🙂
Stop, breath and analyse the different reasons why you are not receiving feed-back.
Look for someone near you and ask help – sometimes the eyes of others are able to see things that ours are no longer seeing 🙂
